Ambassador Anthony Gardner is Managing Partner at Brookfield and former U.S. Ambassador to the European Union (2014-17). He is also Senior Advisor of consulting firm Brunswick Group, LLP, and second Vice President and member of the Executive Committee of the board of Iberdrola. Anthony has dedicated over two decades of his career to U.S.-European affairs, as a government official, lawyer and investor. From 1994-5, he was Director for European Affairs on the National Security Council. Anthony also spent six years as Managing Director for London-based private equity firm, Palamon Capital Partners. In 2020, Anthony published his book, ‘Stars with Stripes’ and he also authored ‘A New Era in U.S.-EU Relations?: The Clinton Administration and the New Transatlantic Agenda’. He completed a BA in Government at Harvard University, an MPhil in International Relations at Oxford University, a JD at Columbia Law School, and a Masters in Finance at London Business School.

Delphine d’Amarzit is the CEO of Euronext Paris and member of the Managing Board of Euronext N.V. Delphine d’Amarzit joined Euronext in March 2021 from Orange Bank, the mobile bank of Orange, one of the world’s leading telecommunications operators, where she was deputy CEO since June 2016. Prior to that, she held various positions in the public sector, notably within the French Treasury Department, the Office of the Minister of the Economy and Finance and the Office of the Prime Minister. Delphine d’Amarzit’s areas of responsibilities included European financial regulation, capital markets development as well as economic and financial affairs. She notably participated in the definition of the public response to the financial crisis, rescue package and recovery plans and coordinated the government action on all matters related to economic reform and financial services. Delphine d’Amarzit is also non-executive Director of Euroclear since July 2021. She began her career in the public sector in 1993, at the Inspection Générale des Finances, before joining the French Treasury Department. Delphine d’Amarzit is a graduate of the Institut d’Études Politiques de Paris (Sciences-Po) and of the École Nationale d’Administration. She also holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Law from University Panthéon-Sorbonne.

Pascal Canfin is a French MEP for the Liste L'Europe Ensemble, part of the Renew Europe group. Canfin was elected to the European Parliament in 2009, 2019 and 2024. He has been appointed Lead negotiator (coordinator) for Renew on Green Deal related issues, and he is former chair (2019 – 2024) of the committee on the environment, public health and food safety (ENVI). Pascal Canfin is recognised as a leading European policy maker when it comes to the Green transition. Prior to that position, Canfin was director general of WWF France from 2016 to 2019 where he contributed to the safeguard of ecosystems and their species, the fight against global warming and advocated for a more respectful energy transition. From 2014 to 2015, he was senior advisor for climate at the World Resources Institute (WRI) and co-chaired the Commission for Innovative Financing for Climate. In 2012, Canfin was appointed by French President Hollande minister delegate for development at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs after having served as MEP from 2009 to 2012. Canfin is graduated in political science from the Bordeaux Institute of Political Studies (Sciences Po) and from the Newcastle University."

Amy Luers is the senior global director for sustainability science and innovation at Microsoft. In this role she leads Microsoft AI & sustainability work, and informs the company’s sustainability strategy, investments, and policy. Previously, she served as executive director of Future Earth, assistant director for climate resilience and information at the White House in the Obama administration, director of climate at the Skoll Global Threats Fund, and senior environment manager at Google. Dr. Luers spent the first decade of her career working in Latin America, where she cofounded Agua Para La Vida, a nonprofit organization that works with rural communities to enhance access to potable water. Currently, she serves on advisory board of Veolia Institute, the Stanford Woods Institute for the Environment, the Gund Institute for Environment. Dr. Luers is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and has been a member of the National Academy of Sciences Roundtable on Climate Security, and committee on geographical science. She has both a PhD in environmental science and MA in international policy studies from Stanford University, and a BS/MS in environmental systems engineering from Humbold State University, and BA in philosophy from Middlebury College. She has published widely on topics including societal vulnerability and resilience, climate impact and policy, science communication, and digitalization and sustainability.

Cesar Norton is the President and CEO of HIF Global, the world´s leading eFuels company. He has nearly 30 years of experience developing and operating energy infrastructure projects around the globe and has held senior management leadership roles and board positions for several prominent companies, like AME, a Chilean power generator and founding company of HIF Global. Under his leadership, HIF Global has become the industry leader and incorporated world class investors such as AME, EIG, Porsche, Idemitsu, Baker Hughes and Gemstone Investments. Mr. Norton is qualified as a Civil Electronic Engineer from Federico Santa María University, Chile.

Pierre-Etienne Franc is considered as one of the leading architects of the hydrogen economy. He served as Chair of Hydrogen Europe (2011- 2016) and then co-founded and coordinated the World Hydrogen Council as secretary from 2017-2020. Within Air Liquide, after several global business, strategy and operational management positions, he led over the last ten years the advanced technology companies, venture capital and Hydrogen energy activities for the Group. In 2021, he co-founded the FiveT Hydrogen investment platform and created with Ardian a 50/50 regulated Asset Manager, Hy24. Hy24 currently manages the world’s largest clean hydrogen infrastructure fund, which is today up and running with 2 billion euros of allocations. The fund ambitions to invest on the whole clean hydrogen value chain, deploying large scale projects in the most dynamic geographies in Europe, Asia and America. Pierre Etienne is the CEO of Hy24. Since the beginning of his career, Franc has built a development approach driven by a belief in the power of alliances, joint ventures, and co-development. It has helped to open new businesses (co-generation), new territories (Russia, China, Brazil in the steel markets), new markets (hydrogen energy, IT), and new technologies (electrolysis, hydrogen tanks, fuel cells in forklifts). In 1994, he wrote his first book, with Christopher Hogg focusing on the importance of customer management, which was published by Dunod. During the COP21 held in Paris in 2015, Franc published a book that detailed his vision for the hydrogen economy, with a preface by Pascal Lamy. His 2017 “Entreprise et bien commun” is a reflection on the role of business in improving society, with a preface by Gaël Giraud. Franc graduated in 1993 from France’s HEC business school, where he was awarded the HEC Foundation Prize and the second prize of the Ernst & Young Foundation for his final thesis on industrial joint ventures.

Edna Schöne acts as Member of the Board of Euler Hermes Aktiengesellschaft since 2015. Euler Hermes is the world's largest credit insurer, a company of Allianz. Mrs. Schöne is responsible for the Export Credit Guarantee Scheme of the German Government as well as for Legal, Compliance and ESG for Allianz Trade DACH-Region. Being a lawyer she has worked for Euler Hermes in different positions in Legal as well as in Sustainability over the last 20 years. From 2009 to 2015 she was Head of Euler Hermes Liaison Office in Berlin. This office is the interface between Euler Hermes and the German Government. With her profound expertise of German Export Business and the Export Promotion Schemes of the German Government, Mrs. Schöne is a member of several advisory committees to business associations and the export finance industry. Since 2019, she is also Member of the Supervisory Board of TenneT.

Jeremy Weir became Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Trafigura in April 2018. This follows his appointment as CEO in March 2014 after a career spanning nearly three decades in commodity and commodity derivative markets. An Australian national, Jeremy joined the Trafigura Group in 2001 as head of metals derivatives, structured products and risk management. Immediately prior to becoming CEO he served as a Management Board Director, Head of Risk and CEO of Galena Asset Management and Trafigura Mining Group. Before Trafigura, Jeremy spent nearly nine years between 1992 and 2000 with NM Rothschild. Jeremy holds a BSc (Hons), Geology Major, from the University of Melbourne.

Françoise Raoul-Duval joined DIAM in 2014 (after multiple management and international development experiences in several industrial sectors) and became CEO of the DIAM Group in 2020. The DIAM Group employs 3,200 people at 34 sites in 20 countries; it partners with beauty and luxury Brands in merchandising, shop fitting and niche packaging; from design to installation, including manufacturing and recycling, with high standards of quality, eco design and CSR benefits. Aged 53, mother of 4 kids, passionate about human and social challenges and the drivers of leadership, Françoise is a woman committed to social and environmental responsibility. She has led DIAM along the path of SBT (Science-Based Targets), with its CSR Director (Mathieu Parfait) and his team, and implemented several concrete CSR actions to meet the needs of DIAM's customers. In 2021/2022, Françoise took part in the first Convention des Entreprises pour le Climat (Businesses for Climate Convention), with a commitment to go even further: reducing negative externalities, circular economy, exploring regenerative economy topics.

Susanna Campbell, is an entrepreneur, investor and experienced board member/chairperson with a long background in private equity investing. She has spent the last eight years focusing on scaling green transition companies based in Scandinavia, most recently as co-founder and chairman of Syre focusing on recycled polyester. She currently serves on several boards, including green scale-ups Northvolt and H2 Green Steel, as well as scale-up investor Kinnevik and Network of Design. She is an industry adviser at Vargas Holding and Senior adviser at Norrsken VC, one of the leading European impact VC funds.

Mads Peter Zacho was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Navigator Gas in August 2022. With nearly two decades of experience in the shipping industry, Mr. Zacho previously served as the Head of Industry Transition at the Mærsk Mc-Kinney Møller Center for Zero Carbon Shipping. Prior to joining Navigator, he held various senior roles in shipping companies, including CEO of J. Lauritzen A/S, and CFO of TORM Plc and Svitzer. Mr. Zacho has an MSc in Economics from the University of Copenhagen and an MBA from the International Institute for Management Development in Lausanne.
