Sébastien Arbola began his career at BNP Paribas where he held various positions in finance from 1999 to 2006. He joined Suez in 2006 before the merger with GDF. After holding various responsibilities within ENGIE's Corporate finance team, Sébastien Arbola became Group M&A Director in 2011. He was appointed Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Asian environmental operations for Suez Environnement in 2013 based in Hong Kong. Since 2016, he was head of the Middle East, South and Central Asia, Turkey and Africa region. In particular, he led the operations and growth of ENGIE in Dubai across the region, from large-scale power generation to water desalination to gas distribution and retail. In 2021, Sébastien Arbola is appointed Executive Vice President, in charge of Flex Gen & Retail. Since July 15th, 2025, Sébastien Arbola is Executive Vice President in charge of Data, Digital & IT, Strategy and Research & Innovation. Sébastien Arbola is a graduate of the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris.

As senior vice president, capital markets at Vantage Data Centers, Rich Cosgray leads the company’s global strategy for capital raising, including debt financing and financial risk management. With more than 16 years of capital markets experience, Cosgray is a seasoned leveraged finance banker with a track record of originating, structuring and advising on financing transactions such as buy-side advisory, acquisition financings, leveraged buyouts, development financings, recapitalizations and equity placements. Earlier in his career, Cosgray served in a variety of roles at Truist Securities, most recently as managing director and head of TMT leveraged finance. With a specialization in digital infrastructure financings across data centers, fiber networks, broadband providers and towers, he led a dedicated team of capital markets professionals focused on providing creative financing solutions for corporate and financial sponsor clients in the technology, media and telecom sectors. During his tenure at Truist, he executed more than $100 billion in debt financings. Cosgray received Bachelor of Science degrees in finance and accounting from Miami University (Ohio) and participated in the Richard T. Farmer International Business Program in Luxembourg.

Jessica is a seasoned senior finance professional with over 17 years of experience specialising in commodities market research and investment strategy. Throughout her career, she has engaged and collaborated with management teams and key decision-makers around the world to shape corporate and financial strategies, and has served as non-executive director. Jessica is currently Head of Consulting at Project Blue, a leading provider of market intelligence for critical material supply chains. She oversees the development and execution of strategic consulting projects for industry, financial, and government clients, while also serving as an informal mentor to the analyst team within the firm. Prior to Project Blue, she was Head Strategist at Pala Investments in Switzerland, a multi-asset firm investing across critical mineral supply chains. Earlier, she served as Commodities Strategist and Equity Research Analyst at BMO Capital Markets in Canada, a member of the top-ranked Global Metals & Mining Research team, where she published investment insights into base metals, precious metals, and steelmaking commodities and companies for a diverse global clientele.

A graduate of HEC Paris and a former student of ENA, Xavier Girre began his career at the French Cour des comptes. In 1999 he joined Veolia Environnement as Group Risk and Audit Director, then Deputy CEO and Chief Financial Officer of Veolia Transport and Veolia Propreté. In 2011, he continued his career at La Poste, where he became Chief Financial Officer. He joined the EDF Group in 2015 as Group Chief Financial Officer and member of the Executive Committee, and, as of 2024, he was Group Senior Executive Vice President in charge of Performance, Impact, Investment and Finance Directorate. On July 1st, 2025, Xavier Girre was appointed Chief Executive Officer of SUEZ. Xavier Girre is a Board member and Chairman of the Audit and Risks Committee of FDJ United and Chairman of the Paris Europlace Corporate College. Xavier Girre is an Officer of the National Order of Merit.

Tobias Grimm has been Munich Re’s Chief Climate Scientist since 2025 and has been heading Climate Advisory and Natcat Data since 2023. His team is responsible for developing climate-related solutions and the NatCat database, one of the largest for natural catastrophe losses worldwide. Tobias has a long track record as Climate Expert at Munich Re. Before his current role, he was based in Sydney from 2020 until 2023, where he was the local climate expert for Munich Re Australia, developing greentech insurance solutions and supporting a banking project. For many years, he was a senior project manager and deputy to Munich Re's chief climate scientist, playing a leading role in a wide range of projects related to natural hazards, climate change and the energy transition. Tobias has been with Munich Re since January 2005. He holds a Master’s degree in geography and applied meteorology from the LMU – University of Munich. Before joining Munich Re, he worked for three years as a weather expert at a private weather service provider.

As Chief Financial Officer of Kindle Energy, Brant is responsible for the Company’s accounting, capital markets, treasury, financial planning, information technology, and other strategic activities. Prior to joining Kindle Energy in June 2020, Brant was the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of InfraREIT, Inc. from 2014-2019. While at InfraREIT, Brant was responsible for all accounting and financing activities including the Company’s 2015 IPO. Between 1997 and 2014, Brant was at Merrill Lynch and then Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the Global Power & Utilities Investment Banking Group. During his career, Brant led numerous large and unique debt, equity, commodity, and M&A transactions. Brant holds an MBA from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University and a BS in Finance from Clemson University.

María Teresa has more than 20 years of professional experience in the energy sector, having worked in companies such as Repsol, where she performed energy market analysis and planning support tasks, or Alstom Power where she worked as a Maintenance Engineer of a natural gas combined cycle power plant.  In 2018 she joined Enagás, where she has held the functions of Deputy Director of Strategy, Deputy Director of International Business as well as Director of Development of the Spanish Gas System (Enagás GTS).  She currently holds the position of Director of Strategy and Planning within the General Directorate of Energy Transition. She is in charge of the elaboration and updating of the Strategic Plan and planning.

Hari Premanath joined Aptiv in 2021 as Vice President AS&UX Supply Chain Management, and Supply Chain Resiliency & Risk Management and was most recently named Senior Vice President, Supply Chain Management in 2025 based in Boston.   Hari has worked at ABB’s Electrification Business as Head of Procurement and Logistics, in which he oversaw global procurement, strategic sourcing, transportation and trade operations. Prior to this, Hari held numerous strategic sourcing, lean six sigma and procurement roles of increasing responsibility at GE Power and GE Energy Management.   Hari holds a Masters in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from University of Madras in India. He is also a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.

Irene Rummelhoff has since 2018 served as EVP of Marketing, Midstream and Processing (MMP) at Equinor ASA and has been a member of the CEC since 2015. With more than 4200 employees worldwide, she has the responsibility for flow assurance, processing, and marketing of all Equinor's products, including marketing of the Norwegian State's natural gas and crude of the Norwegian continental shelf. The responsibility includes development of the company's hydrogen and CCS value chains. Between 2015 and 2018 she served as the EVP for Equinor’s New Energy Solutions. In that context, she was instrumental in Equinor’s market-leading transition into the renewable energy field, ahead of all the other oil majors. She was tasked with forming a new division and driving the development of the Equinor’s strategy in renewable and alternative energy solutions, whereby she pushed for offshore wind and low carbon solutions such as carbon capture and storage and other related technologies, including hydrogen development. From 2014 to 2022, Ms. Rummelhoff was a member and later Deputy Chair (2016) of the Board of Directors of Norsk hydro, and as of March 2022 she is a member of the Board of Directors of Airbus.

Girish Sankar joined EQT in 2020, and has worked on investments in data centers as well as energy transition related businesses. Prior to joining EQT Partners, Girish worked in private equity at Advent International in the TMT team based in London, UK. Prior to Advent, Girish worked as a Management Consultant at McKinsey & Company in New York. Girish holds an MBA from the Wharton School, and an MA in International Studies from the Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania

Kate Southwell is Group General Counsel for Anglo American plc, a FTSE listed global diversified mining company. Prior to joining Anglo American Kate was General Counsel at Pala Investments, a mining focused private equity fund based in Zug, Switzerland. Kate is an experienced board advisor and Non-Executive Director and has been a director of Atlantic Tin, Nevada Copper and Dumas Mining. Kate is passionate about sustainable mining, improving safety and diversity in the industry, and in the role the mining industry can play in the just energy transition.

Born in 1975, Isabelle Spiegel is a graduate with an engineering degree from the École des Mines de Douai and the Technische Universität Berlin. She began her career at a Chamber of Commerce and Industry, before moving on to provide consultancy services for almost 15 years to PricewaterhouseCoopers clients on Corporate Social Responsibility. She spent two years in China and directed international task forces preparing publications by the World Business Council for Sustainable Development. In 2015, she went on to Arcadis to head up its Environment activities in France and oversee the development of the Sustainable Development business for Arcadis’s Europe, United Kingdom and Middle East region. Isabelle joined VINCI SA in August 2019 where she was appointed Environment Director of VINCI and will be named to the VINCI Executive Committee in April 2022.
