Pierre Palmieri began his career at Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking in 1987 in the Export Finance department before heading the Finance Engineering team from 1989. Ambassador Anthony Gardner is Managing Partner at Brookfield and former U.S. Ambassador to the European Union (2014-17). He is also Senior Advisor of consulting firm Brunswick Group, LLP, and second Vice President and member of the Executive Committee of the board of Iberdrola. Anthony has dedicated over two decades of his career to U.S.-European affairs, as a government official, lawyer and investor. From 1994-5, he was Director for European Affairs on the National Security Council. Anthony also spent six years as Managing Director for London-based private equity firm, Palamon Capital Partners. In 2020, Anthony published his book, ‘Stars with Stripes’ and he also authored ‘A New Era in U.S.-EU Relations?: The Clinton Administration and the New Transatlantic Agenda’. He completed a BA in Government at Harvard University, an MPhil in International Relations at Oxford University, a JD at Columbia Law School, and a Masters in Finance at London Business School.

Anne-Christine Champion is Co-Head of Global Banking & Investor Solutions and a member of the Group Executive Committee, having been appointed 24 May 2023. Anne-Christine Champion began her career in 2002 in the financial engineering department at Natixis where she provided advisory and arrangement services for the infrastructure sector. In 2012, she became Global Head of advisory activities and infrastructure & project financing. In 2016, Anne-Christine Champion was then appointed Global Head of the Corporate & Investment Bank’s newly created distribution (primary, secondary, direct and synthetic) and portfolio management business. In 2019, she became Global Head of Real Assets, in charge of origination in the energy, infrastructure, real estate and aviation sectors, within the Corporate & Investment Bank. Anne-Christine was previously, from 2020, Co-Head of Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking and member of the Senior Management Committee of Natixis. Anne-Christine Champion is a graduate of the École Normale Supérieure de Lyon, of the Stanford Executive Program and of the Collège des Ingénieurs.

Pascal Canfin is a French MEP for the Liste L'Europe Ensemble, part of the Renew Europe group. Canfin was elected to the European Parliament in 2009, 2019 and 2024. He has been appointed Lead negotiator (coordinator) for Renew on Green Deal related issues, and he is former chair (2019 – 2024) of the committee on the environment, public health and food safety (ENVI). Pascal Canfin is recognised as a leading European policy maker when it comes to the Green transition. Prior to that position, Canfin was director general of WWF France from 2016 to 2019 where he contributed to the safeguard of ecosystems and their species, the fight against global warming and advocated for a more respectful energy transition. From 2014 to 2015, he was senior advisor for climate at the World Resources Institute (WRI) and co-chaired the Commission for Innovative Financing for Climate. In 2012, Canfin was appointed by French President Hollande minister delegate for development at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs after having served as MEP from 2009 to 2012. Canfin is graduated in political science from the Bordeaux Institute of Political Studies (Sciences Po) and from the Newcastle University."

Delphine d’Amarzit is the CEO of Euronext Paris and member of the Managing Board of Euronext N.V. Delphine d’Amarzit joined Euronext in March 2021 from Orange Bank, the mobile bank of Orange, one of the world’s leading telecommunications operators, where she was deputy CEO since June 2016. Prior to that, she held various positions in the public sector, notably within the French Treasury Department, the Office of the Minister of the Economy and Finance and the Office of the Prime Minister. Delphine d’Amarzit’s areas of responsibilities included European financial regulation, capital markets development as well as economic and financial affairs. She notably participated in the definition of the public response to the financial crisis, rescue package and recovery plans and coordinated the government action on all matters related to economic reform and financial services. Delphine d’Amarzit is also non-executive Director of Euroclear since July 2021. She began her career in the public sector in 1993, at the Inspection Générale des Finances, before joining the French Treasury Department. Delphine d’Amarzit is a graduate of the Institut d’Études Politiques de Paris (Sciences-Po) and of the École Nationale d’Administration. She also holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Law from University Panthéon-Sorbonne.

Léa Dunand-Chatellet, is a graduate of the École Normale Supérieure (ENS), with an agregation in economy and management (university highest-level competitive examination for teachers’ recruitment), and is also a member of various committees on the Paris financial market. She teaches courses on responsible investment in some of France’s major business schools on a yearly basis and co-authored a key publication in 2014 “SRI and Responsible Investment” (published by Ellipse, available in French only). Léa started her career in 2005 at Oddo Securities’ extra-financial research department, then became portfolio manager and Head of ESG research at Sycomore Asset Management in 2010. She spent five years at the company, setting up and managing a range of SRI funds with AUM of €700m, achieving a top AAA ranking from Citywire. Working within the investment management industry, she developed a pioneering extra-financial model that includes sustainable development issues in the fund management approach. In 2015, she joined Mirova as Equity CIO, managing a team of ten equity portfolio managers, with AUM of €3.5bn. Léa Dunand-Chatellet was appointed Head of the Responsible Investment department at DNCA Finance in June 2018.

Ivo Kuiper is Head of Sustainable Equity at Van Lanschot Kempen, a specialized wealth manager based in the Netherlands. Together with his team, he is responsible for managing VLK’s Global and European listed equity strategy. Ivo's dedication to fusing sustainability with financial insight is evident through his experience across multiple asset classes and strong academic credentials. Since joining Van Lanschot Kempen in 2009, Ivo has held various senior positions at the company. Ivo has a PhD in Asset Pricing from the University of Tilburg, a Master’s degree in Finance from Erasmus University Rotterdam, and a Master’s degree in Applied Physics from Delft University of Technology. He is a CFA Charterholder.

Jakub Michalik is the Head of International, Institutional Affairs and Communications at the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA). He joined ESMA in 2014 and since then he has been leading ESMA’s activities in the EU and global policy and regulatory processes as well as engagement with public and private sector stakeholders. From 2011 to 2014, Mr. Michalik served as a parliamentary assistant to a senior MEP on the Committee on Economic and Monetary Affairs (ECON) of the European Parliament and dealt with the post-crisis banking and financial markets regulatory reform. Prior to joining the European Parliament, Mr. Michalik worked extensively on compliance and implementation matters, including both wholesale and retail business areas, within private sector. Mr. Michalik earned his PhD in Law from University of Vienna and his Magister in Law from University of Graz. Mr. Michalik holds the professional qualification as a solicitor and is an author and speaker in the area of banking and capital markets regulation.

Kristell Herbault joined Societe Generale in 2012, in the short-term cash bond trading team in Paris, then moved to the short-term repo desk, specializing in non-governmental debt. She also had prior experiences with Societe Generale’s Credit and Equity Derivatives teams, working for the Special Situation Group in London in 2009, then for the Index Arbitrage team in New York until 2012. In 2020, Kristell joined the Global Markets Sustainable Investment Solution team. She was appointed Deputy Head of Sustainability for Global Markets in April 2023 and since March 2024, Kristell has been Head of Sustainability for Global Markets. Kristell graduated from ENSAE and, during her final year, obtained another Master's Degree in quantitative finance from the University Paris Diderot.

Amy Luers is the senior global director for sustainability science and innovation at Microsoft. In this role she leads Microsoft AI & sustainability work, and informs the company’s sustainability strategy, investments, and policy. Previously, she served as executive director of Future Earth, assistant director for climate resilience and information at the White House in the Obama administration, director of climate at the Skoll Global Threats Fund, and senior environment manager at Google. Dr. Luers spent the first decade of her career working in Latin America, where she cofounded Agua Para La Vida, a nonprofit organization that works with rural communities to enhance access to potable water. Currently, she serves on advisory board of Veolia Institute, the Stanford Woods Institute for the Environment, the Gund Institute for Environment. Dr. Luers is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and has been a member of the National Academy of Sciences Roundtable on Climate Security, and committee on geographical science. She has both a PhD in environmental science and MA in international policy studies from Stanford University, and a BS/MS in environmental systems engineering from Humbold State University, and BA in philosophy from Middlebury College. She has published widely on topics including societal vulnerability and resilience, climate impact and policy, science communication, and digitalization and sustainability.

Antoine Denoix is the CEO of AXA Climate, an entity within the AXA Group, established 5 years ago to address climate and environmental adaptation challenges. With over 200 dedicated employees, AXA Climate is committed to its mission through 3 core business areas: insurance, consulting, and training. A graduate of HEC, Antoine's career took off at Google. In 2010, he co-founded Fifty-Five, a pioneering company that has since become a leader in data marketing. Then in 2014, Antoine made the move to join the Executive Committee of AXA France. Antoine is also an accomplished author with 3 published books under his name, all released by Dunod.

After a 20-year career in the Michelin Group in various countries and various positions, Eric has shifted in 2020 to found the CEC (Convention des Entreprises pour le Climat), a French NGO which purpose is to accelerate the transition of the corporate world towards the regenerative economy.

Françoise Raoul-Duval joined DIAM in 2014 (after multiple management and international development experiences in several industrial sectors) and became CEO of the DIAM Group in 2020. The DIAM Group employs 3,200 people at 34 sites in 20 countries; it partners with beauty and luxury Brands in merchandising, shop fitting and niche packaging; from design to installation, including manufacturing and recycling, with high standards of quality, eco design and CSR benefits. Aged 53, mother of 4 kids, passionate about human and social challenges and the drivers of leadership, Françoise is a woman committed to social and environmental responsibility. She has led DIAM along the path of SBT (Science-Based Targets), with its CSR Director (Mathieu Parfait) and his team, and implemented several concrete CSR actions to meet the needs of DIAM's customers. In 2021/2022, Françoise took part in the first Convention des Entreprises pour le Climat (Businesses for Climate Convention), with a commitment to go even further: reducing negative externalities, circular economy, exploring regenerative economy topics.

Hacina Py joined Societe Generale in 1995 and has developed as a seasoned banker through various positions, both in structured finance and in corporate roles. Hacina was appointed Global Head of Export Finance in 2015. She led the transformation of the business line with a strong sustainability focus and took over the position of Head of Impact Finance Solutions in 2019. Hacina Py graduated from the EM Strasbourg business school and studied finance at Heriot Watt University, Edinburgh.

Kokou Agbo-Bloua joined SG CIB in 2014 as Global Head of Engineering for Global Equity Flow (GEF) before taking the leadership of the Flow Strategy & Solutions team within Global Markets Financial Engineering. In June 2020 he was appointed Global Head of Economics, Cross-Asset & Quant Research, in addition to his role as Head of Flow Strategy & Solutions. Previously, he was Head of Equity & Derivative Strategy Europe at BNPP in London where he was responsible for European fundamental equity strategy, derivatives parameters, global cross-asset themes and convertible bonds strategy. Prior to this, he started his career on the trading side as a portfolio manager at Goldman Sachs Principal Strategies (GSPS) and then a derivatives trader at JP Morgan. Born in Togo and educated in China, where he spent 12 years of his life, Kokou Agbo-Bloua graduated with an MSc in Management from HEC School of Management in Paris in 2002 and completed his post-graduate studies in Finance at the Anderson School of Management at UCLA.

Morten Bo Christiansen, senior vice president at A.P. Moller–Maersk, has been leading the decarbonization team since 2021. He is responsible for setting the vision, developing relevant expertise and roadmaps, and enabling the execution of the path for Maersk, the global integrator of container logistics, to achieve net zero GHG emissions by 2040. Prior to this, he was the principal of the Boston Consulting Group and a senior specialist and a structural engineer at COWI. Morten holds a master's degree in civil engineering and a Ph.D. in Structural Engineering from DTU — Technical University of Denmark.

Pierre-Etienne Franc is considered as one of the leading architects of the hydrogen economy. He served as Chair of Hydrogen Europe (2011- 2016) and then co-founded and coordinated the World Hydrogen Council as secretary from 2017-2020. Within Air Liquide, after several global business, strategy and operational management positions, he led over the last ten years the advanced technology companies, venture capital and Hydrogen energy activities for the Group. In 2021, he co-founded the FiveT Hydrogen investment platform and created with Ardian a 50/50 regulated Asset Manager, Hy24. Hy24 currently manages the world’s largest clean hydrogen infrastructure fund, which is today up and running with 2 billion euros of allocations. The fund ambitions to invest on the whole clean hydrogen value chain, deploying large scale projects in the most dynamic geographies in Europe, Asia and America. Pierre Etienne is the CEO of Hy24. Since the beginning of his career, Franc has built a development approach driven by a belief in the power of alliances, joint ventures, and co-development. It has helped to open new businesses (co-generation), new territories (Russia, China, Brazil in the steel markets), new markets (hydrogen energy, IT), and new technologies (electrolysis, hydrogen tanks, fuel cells in forklifts). In 1994, he wrote his first book, with Christopher Hogg focusing on the importance of customer management, which was published by Dunod. During the COP21 held in Paris in 2015, Franc published a book that detailed his vision for the hydrogen economy, with a preface by Pascal Lamy. His 2017 “Entreprise et bien commun” is a reflection on the role of business in improving society, with a preface by Gaël Giraud. Franc graduated in 1993 from France’s HEC business school, where he was awarded the HEC Foundation Prize and the second prize of the Ernst & Young Foundation for his final thesis on industrial joint ventures.

Cesar Norton is the President and CEO of HIF Global, the world´s leading eFuels company. He has nearly 30 years of experience developing and operating energy infrastructure projects around the globe and has held senior management leadership roles and board positions for several prominent companies, like AME, a Chilean power generator and founding company of HIF Global. Under his leadership, HIF Global has become the industry leader and incorporated world class investors such as AME, EIG, Porsche, Idemitsu, Baker Hughes and Gemstone Investments. Mr. Norton is qualified as a Civil Electronic Engineer from Federico Santa María University, Chile.

Susanna Campbell, is an entrepreneur, investor and experienced board member/chairperson with a long background in private equity investing. She has spent the last eight years focusing on scaling green transition companies based in Scandinavia, most recently as co-founder and chairman of Syre focusing on recycled polyester. She currently serves on several boards, including green scale-ups Northvolt and H2 Green Steel, as well as scale-up investor Kinnevik and Network of Design. She is an industry adviser at Vargas Holding and Senior adviser at Norrsken VC, one of the leading European impact VC funds.

Lénaïg Trénaux has 20 years of experience in the natural resources sector. She joined Société Générale’s Natural Resources and Infrastructure group in 2006 in London after holding various positions in the natural resources teams of Natixis and BNP Paribas in Paris, New York and London. She became co-head of the EMEA Metals and Mining Finance team in 2011 and moved to New York in 2016 where she was Regional Head of the Metals Mining and Industries Finance team for the Americas region. In this position, she contributed to shifting the business line focus towards sustainability and energy transition. Lénaïg is a graduate of EDHEC business school.

Vincent began his career in 1996 in the United States, then in Belgium with the Petrofina group. In 2000, he joined Réseau Ferré de France (RFF), the railway infrastructure operator, where he worked in various position in the finance department before being appointed CFO in 2013. In 2016, he founded M-Squared Finance, a financial risk management consultancy. In 2018, he joined Société du Grand Paris (SGP) as CFO, member of the executive committee, where for 5 years he secured the financing of the Grand Paris Express and its 200km of new metro lines (€25 billion of green bonds issued) and structured the development of its financial activities. In 2022, he helped Electra raise €160 million in capital and draw up its strategic plan, before being appointed Deputy CEO to support and structure Electra's development in Europe. Vincent holds an MBA from the Neeley School of Business (TCU) and is a graduate of the Burgundy School of Business.

Ludovic Le Goff is a business leader, currently Deputy Managing Director of Waat France, a company specializing in electric vehicle charging solutions. Prior to joining Waat, he held key positions at Tennant, Honeywell and OTIS, managing business units and driving business development across various sectors specialized in service and industry.

Nicolas joined Antin in 2011. He is a board member of NextGen portfolio company Power Dot. He is a prior board member of Find III portfolio companies Kisimul and Hesley, Fund II portfolio companies Inicea and Amedes, and Fund I portfolio companies Pisto, FPS Towers and Bina Istra. Nicolas was previously with the Mergers and Acquisitions team at UBS. Prior to that role, he worked as a finance lawyer with Clifford Chance and Ashurst

Laurent Chabot is since 2016 co-head of Infrastructure Finance in Paris, a 15-people team dedicated to the financing of infrastructure in EMEA. Laurent has supervised the closing of over 80 Infrastructure transactions as Mandated Lead Arranger and/or Financial Advisor, spread across different infrastructure asset classes in Europe, including: pioneering EV Charging transactions in Germany, Benelux and France, notably Allego, Innovation deal of the year; District Heating and Waste to Energy in France and Northern Europe; Fibre optic across Europe and various transactions in social infrastructures, transportation, water... Laurent graduated from Sciences Po Paris and Ecole Nationale d’Administration.

Roger is a Chemical Engineer, and the General Project Manager of the Grain Carbon Capture project. He has 25 years experience in the energy sector through PowerGen, E.On and now Uniper. Recently, his work has been focussed on leadership in carbon capture, a core part of the Uniper strategy for meeting it’s decarbonisation goals. Prior to this Roger has contributed to a range of activities including delivering major asset projects such as biomass conversions and DeNOx retrofits, R&D management, as well as involvement in delegations for regulatory developments such as the Large Combustion Plant Best Available Techniques Reference development, and the Minamata Convention on mercury emissions.

Mads Peter Zacho was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Navigator Gas in August 2022. With nearly two decades of experience in the shipping industry, Mr. Zacho previously served as the Head of Industry Transition at the Mærsk Mc-Kinney Møller Center for Zero Carbon Shipping. Prior to joining Navigator, he held various senior roles in shipping companies, including CEO of J. Lauritzen A/S, and CFO of TORM Plc and Svitzer. Mr. Zacho has an MSc in Economics from the University of Copenhagen and an MBA from the International Institute for Management Development in Lausanne.

Christina heads the Technology Group at Bumi Armada driving the Company’s expansion in Gas and Low Carbon Solution developments. Areas of interest for the Company include prospects in gas infrastructure vessels, electrification of offshore vessels, capture of CO2 from produced gas and offshore injection of CO2 to create negative emissions. Christina is the Technical Lead for the Bluestreak CO2 maritime solution development. Prior to joining Bumi Armada, Christina was previously with the Integrated Gas Group at Shell Global Solutions. Over the last 15+ years in Oil & Gas, her roles included front end development, project delivery, engineering, service management, operational support, and process safety. Christina started her career in the Pulp and Paper Industry in the UK following her Doctoral Research in Filtration Systems.

Chris is a Director in the Maritime Strategic and Capital Advisory at Société Générale joining in 2018. Chris’ past companies include ExxonMobil , Qatar LNG, EDF Trading and NewAge. He describes himself as Advisory Banker in the relentless pursuit of getting the best results for his clients! Specialising in the Shipping, Maritime, floating infrastructure, CCUS and Energy Transition Sectors. Fanatical about Ammonia, Methanol, CO2, Bio and Synthetic fuels, production/transportation/storage thereof! He also occasionally executes some M&A and ECM deals too! He would also, if pushed say he is truly fanatical about the CO2 business. In his past he has led projects, ran businesses and generated material P&L across the maritime, energy and commodities sectors. Chris’s recent experiences include: Advisor to Bluestreak CO2, world’s first Mid-stream CO2 company; Core member of the JBR team for the ADNOC L&S IPO, >120x subscribed listing and the CMB acquisition of Euronav (Marine Money Award of 2023 – Wildcard of the Year); Financial advisor for world’s largest LNG shipping project in Qatar (ongoing); Advisor to the EMU Fund with Eurazeo for the decarbonisation of Shipping (ongoing); Multiple confidential M&A deals in the Shipping, Floating Infra and Ports space (ongoing). Chris holds a 1st Class Honours of Masters in Chemical Engineering from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne, and is an alumni of London Business School and INSEAD, Paris.

Edna Schöne acts as Member of the Board of Euler Hermes Aktiengesellschaft since 2015. Euler Hermes is the world's largest credit insurer, a company of Allianz. Mrs. Schöne is responsible for the Export Credit Guarantee Scheme of the German Government as well as for Legal, Compliance and ESG for Allianz Trade DACH-Region. Being a lawyer she has worked for Euler Hermes in different positions in Legal as well as in Sustainability over the last 20 years. From 2009 to 2015 she was Head of Euler Hermes Liaison Office in Berlin. This office is the interface between Euler Hermes and the German Government. With her profound expertise of German Export Business and the Export Promotion Schemes of the German Government, Mrs. Schöne is a member of several advisory committees to business associations and the export finance industry. Since 2019, she is also Member of the Supervisory Board of TenneT.

Cécile Camilli was appointed Global Head of Development & Structured Export Finance in October 2021, after holding the role of Deputy Head since February 2020. Cécile has 20 years of experience within Societe Generale’s wholesale banking activities. She started as an Associate Banker in New York in 1999. In 2005, she became Head of Central Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa (CEEMEA) Loan Syndicate. In 2007, Cécile became Head of the European Corporate and Structured Finance Loan Sales in London. After three years, she joined Debt Capital Markets, still based in London, to become Head of CEEMEA Debt Capital Markets in 2013. Cécile is a member of Komerční Banka’s Supervisory Board since January 2019. Cécile holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Paris Dauphine and a MBA in Finance from City University of New York.

Victoire Boudet is Deputy C.E.O. of Geogas Group, currently heading US East Coast and European trading activities and co-heading shipping activities globally. Before joining Geogas in 2011, she worked at Mitsui OSK Line in the dry bulk business line. Victoire studied Maritime Law at Assas University in Paris and did a master of Commodity Trade and Finance at Cass business school in London. Geogas group is a privately-owned company, which the shareholder of which pioneered in the late 1950’s the international trading and transportation of LPG. The company trades 7.5 millions physical tons of LPG on a yearly basis and operates a fleet of approximately 70 LPG carriers covering all size range. Geogas also invests in LPG storage facilities and develops downstream infrastructures in countries where Geogas is already a major LPG supplier. Lastly, Geogas has a 50% JV with NYK, owning and operating eventually 12 LNG carriers ( 7 of which being which are in service).

Mark Kristoff has 40 years’ experience in the metals and raw materials business, starting in 1984 as a traffic Logistics manager with Continental Metals Corp. In 1986, employed by Considar Inc., he held positions as Vice President, where he managed the ferroalloys department, responsible for the development of agencies, North American sales and other marketing; elected President and Chief Operating Officer in 1991, with responsibility for restructuring the company’s systems and operations; in 1992 became President and Chief Executive Officer with ultimate responsibility for the day-today operations of Considar, Inc. In July 1999, he also assumed the role of Managing Director of Considar Europe, responsible for the Considar group globally. In 2003, he became President and Chief Operating Officer of Traxys (the merger of Considar and Sogem, marketing, distribution and trading group involved predominately in base metals in concentrates). In April 2005, he was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Traxys offices globally. In January 2006, with the Management buyout of Traxys, he was elected to the Board of Directors of Traxys. Traxys has grown from a 1 billion annual sales company to 10 billion in sales in 2022. Traxys is supplying 65 different raw materials to our customers around the globe specific focus on the critical energy transition raw materials like Copper, Nickel, Cobalt, Lithium and Graphite. Mr. Kristoff received his BA in economics from Cornell University in 1984 and attended Fairfield College Preparatory School from 1977-1980.

Jeremy Weir became Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Trafigura in April 2018. This follows his appointment as CEO in March 2014 after a career spanning nearly three decades in commodity and commodity derivative markets. An Australian national, Jeremy joined the Trafigura Group in 2001 as head of metals derivatives, structured products and risk management. Immediately prior to becoming CEO he served as a Management Board Director, Head of Risk and CEO of Galena Asset Management and Trafigura Mining Group. Before Trafigura, Jeremy spent nearly nine years between 1992 and 2000 with NM Rothschild. Jeremy holds a BSc (Hons), Geology Major, from the University of Melbourne.

Alexis joined Societe Generale in 2004 in charge of European real estate companies within the Real Estate Coverage and Advisory team. In 2007, he moved to London to pursue working on acquisition structured deals within the Real Estate and Lodging team. In June 2009, he joined the Trade & Commodity Finance team in Paris working within the soft commodities team. He managed a well-established key client portfolio while succeeding in further expanding it with new clients. In June 2019, he oversaw a portfolio of key energy clients until becoming in October 2021 the head of the Trade & Commodity Finance Paris team before being named in March 2024 as the Global Head of Trade & Sustainable Commodity Finance. Alexis graduated from Neoma Business School and holds an MBA in Finance from Pace University (NY). Alexis is part of the Global Banking Executive Committee and is board member of Komgo (a mutli-bank trade finance platform).

Phillip has nearly 25 years of international marketing, strategy, and business development experience working in the Data Center, Telecom and Technology sectors for leading service providers. Prior to joining EdgeConneX, Phillip most recently worked for Equinix in various capacities in both marketing and business development. In addition, Phillip had stints at Coresite, Verizon Business, MCI, Nortel, Globalstar, and Satphone. Phillip was also a partner and founder of a tech consulting firm focused on international technology transfer and venture funding of university developed technology. Currently serving as the Chief Marketing and Product Officer at EdgeConneX, Phillip is focused on developing, evangelizing, and executing the marketing and product strategy, ecosystem development for the company. Phillip also serves on the marketing advisory boards for Lokker, Salute Mission Critical and Infrastructure Masons. Phillip won the prestigious Infrastructure Masons champion awards for both Diversity & Inclusion and Education in 2021, and the PTC’23 Outstanding Diversity and Inclusion Champion Award for his work developing and mentoring the HBCU Capstone Programs. Phillip has also led initiatives in support of veterans and women. Lastly, Phillip was ranked as a top 10 marketing executive in the industry by DataCentre magazine. Phillip holds a Bachelors in Political Science from the University of California, San Diego, and a Masters in Multinational Commerce from Boston University.

After graduating from ESSEC in 1998, he started his career in strategy consulting. In 2003, he founded 4MTec, an electronics and mechanical engineering design firm. Through 4MTec Miroslav played a key role in launching Qarnot Computing, especially by carrying out the first thermal study. He is currently the COO of Qarnot, which provides its clients a unique solution to drastically reduce the carbon footprint linked to their IT activities.

Vincent Escallier is appointed Deputy Global Head of the Financing & Advisory Sector – TMT. Vincent is also Head of the TMT Finance in Paris, a team of seasoned professionals dedicated to the financing of TMT industry in EMEA. Before joining the TMT Finance Team, Vincent spent 20 years in Corporate Investment Banking & Global Finance and held senior positions within the European Corporate & Acquisition Loan Syndication and the High Yield Capital Markets team. Vincent graduated from Neoma Business School.

Fouad Farah joined Societe Generale in 1999 as a quant/trader in the Arbitrage Equity/Debt Group, and in 2000 he joined the Credit Derivatives Trading team in Paris. In 2005, he was promoted to Head of Risk Management, Credit Derivatives, based in London; and from 2006 to 2009 he served as Global Head of Exotic Credit Trading. In 2009, he was named to lead the Special Situations Trading Group, while also assuming the roles of Global Head of Exotic Credit Trading and Head of U.S. Credit Trading. From 2012 through 2014, he was Global Head of the Securitized Products Group. Following the creation of the Asset-Backed Products Group in 2015, he initially held the role of Global Head of Trading followed by Global Deputy Head and Head of the Asset-Backed Products Group in the United States. In 2021, Fouad was named Head of the Credit and Structured Financing, and Head of Fixed Income, Americas in 2022. In 2023 he was named Head of Global Markets, Americas. Fouad holds a diploma from Ecole Polytechnique and Ecole des Ponts et Chaussées in Paris.
